26 - Yoga - Spring

Improve your posture & flexibility in this 45 minute grounding yoga practice. Reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your strength & endurance. Hatha yoga combines slow, mindful movement with breath as you focus inward and connect with your body. Perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogi’s. Please bring your mat & any props you may like, such as blocks &/or a strap.
