RULES:
CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION DATE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to the reservation, a full refund will be given.
Payment for all rentals are due at the time of reservation. Permits are issued by the authority of the City of Ellisville.
Renter will leave shelter in the same condition as when they arrived.
Parking on the grass is prohibited. Parking is allowed in marked parking areas only.
City of Ellisville is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
One inflatable is allowed per shelter reservation. A Certificate of Liability insurance naming the City of Ellisville as additionally insured in the amount of $2,000,000 is required and must be presented to the City prior to the rental.
In accordance with MO state law, alcoholic beverages cannot be sold, no one under the age of 21 can consume alcoholic beverages and no glass containers are allowed in Bluebird Park.
No person shall carry or have in his/her possession any firearm or weapon while within any park.
Solicitation of goods or services is not allowed in Bluebird Park.
Fires are only allowed in designated bbq grills provided in the park. All fires must be completely extinguished before leaving.
The Director may revoke any permit previously granted at at time, if it is determined that the application for permit contained any misrepresentation or false statement or that any permit condition is not complied with or that visitor safety is in danger.
Failure to comply with rental regulations or City Ordinances will result in termination of this agreement.

I, the Applicant, agree to and understand the rules and regulations of this park rental.

No liability either expressed or implied, will be incurred by the City of Ellisville, its agents, servants, employees, assigns, successors, invitees and licenses during the date and time specified on this park rental. Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City of Ellisville, its agents , servants, employees, from and against any and all liability for damages arising from injuries to persons or damage to property occasioned by any acts or omissions of renter, its agents, servants or employees, including any and all expense, legal or otherwise, which may be incurred by the City of Ellisville or its agents, servants or employees contributed to such injury or damage.
