PLEASE NOTE: PERMITS ARE POSTED AT THE BALL FIELDS ON MONDAY MORNINGS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK. IF YOU RESERVE A FIELD AFTER THE PERMITS HAVE BEEN POSTED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING THE PROPER PAPERWORK WITH YOU TO SHOW THAT YOU HAVE RESERVED THE FIELD!
• Ball fields are available on an hourly basis, Monday through Sunday from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. Teams may reserve a maximum of two (2) hours per week.
• Renter is required to have Park Permit showing documentation of the reservation during the facility rental.
• For all ball field rentals, no refunds will be given. To transfer a practice date the renter will need to request it in writing with 30 days notice.
• Parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and allowed in marked parking areas only.
• City of Ellisville cannot be held responsible for property lost, stolen or damaged.
• Parks are open to the public until 10:00p.m. during the months of April through October and from dusk to dawn during the months of November through March.
• Failure to comply with rental regulations or city ordinances will result in termination of this agreement.

I, the Applicant, agree to and understand the rules and regulations of this park rental.

No liability either expressed or implied, will be incurred by the City of Ellisville, its agents, servants, employees, assigns, successors, invitees and licenses during the date and time specified on this park rental. Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City of Ellisville, its agents , servants, employees, from and against any and all liability for damages arising from injuries to persons or damage to property occasioned by any acts or omissions of renter, its agents, servants or employees, including any and all expense, legal or otherwise, which may be incurred by the City of Ellisville or its agents, servants or employees contributed to such injury or damage.
